Service Description

Meditation Evening Sessions: You are welcome to email Alison for further information. Go to : Contact. Focus and follow the voice that will guide you to melt into the floor, easing your mind & muscles. Focusing on slow breathing, using your mind and imagination. drifting into a relaxed place. Focus on visions offered, soft sounds and music to move to, gently and slowly. Share this space with like-minded women. Book online for your monthly, evening, "Slow Soft Breath Session." A FREE calming dough will be offered at your first session. When: Coming in February, monthly sessions thereafter. Where: To be advised What to bring: A yoga mat, bottle of water, pillow (optional), light cover in summer, blanket in winter. Healthy Snack, Coffee & a selection of Tea's will be provided. COVID restrictions apply. COVID QR code or sign-in will be required. Masks on request depending on COVID restrictions.
